My husband and I have been dragging Melissa to house after house for at least three years. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time, she only cared about us finding a house we were truly happy with. There were even a few we considered putting offers in on and she advised that maybe they weren't the best deal for our money. She never told us what to do, but always gave us her honest and professional opinion on what was best for our family and our budget. This year we FINALLY found a house we love and Melissa helped us get our offer in within 2 hours of us telling her we wanted to make the offer. And we got it! Throughout our closing processes she has been nothing but supportive and communicative, providing updates and letting us know what the next steps are. It's nice to know we have an agent who cares about us, and not just a commission.

Working with Melissa was a breeze! Every time we texted or called she promptly answered and always had a solution for our problems.
